What is the Silva Method Malaysia Affiliate Program and how does it work? |

The Affiliate Program is a service that allows you to promote our seminars and workshops on-line.
You will refer and direct customers to our website. When a visitor registers and attends our
seminars and/or workshops with payment, you will earn a commission.

It is FREE to join our affiliate program. You are not obligated to purchase any products or services. |

Anybody is welcomed to join as an affiliate.

| To promote different seminars as an affiliate, do I need multiple accounts? |

No, you can promote any number of different seminars as an affiliate through a single account.
There is no need to apply for separate accounts.

| Do I need my own website to get started as an affiliate? |
| |
No, it is not necessary to own a website to be a Silva Method Malaysia Affiliate. |

| Is my website eligible for the affiliate program? |
| |
We accept almost all types of websites except for that which:
- Advocates or promotes sexually explicit material.
- Advocates or promotes violence.
- Advocates or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Advocates or promotes illegal activities.
- Violates intellectual property rights.
We welcome all applications but reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke a membership at
any time if we determine that your site contains objectionable material.

| What if I forgot my affiliate password? |

Simply click on "Forgot your password" Link, located just below the Log-in area. We will send you
an email containing your new password to the email address in your account.
If you continue to have trouble logging in, please send us an email addressed to:
enquiry@silvamethod.com.my. Remember to include your full name and email address.

How do you track my commissions? |
| |
Every affiliate is provided with an Affiliate Link upon signup. This custom-formatted link has a cookie attached
to it, which will remember your affiliate ID. We maintain a 30-day cookie and if a visitor clicks your link,
the cookie is stored in their browser and you will earn a commission as long as the visitor registers for our
seminar with payment within 30 days.

What is the minimum payout in your program? |

Once your Commission reaches MYR100 or USD50 you are able to receive your commission payment by check or paypal.

How much will I earn? |
| |
All affiliates can earn commissions of 10% on one-time seminar/workshop registration with payment.
The commission scheme is only applicable to new customers and non-existing customers of Silva Method (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
The amount our affiliates earn is limitless. The more traffic you send us, the more money
you will make.

What happens if two affiliates refer the same visitor? |
| |
Our policy is to credit sales to the "last referring affiliate," since that site is the one most
likely to have caused the sale to occur.
Example 1: A visitor clicks on an affiliate link from Affiliate A but did not purchase anything.
A week later, the visitor clicks on another affiliate link from Affiliate B and then buys something
from Silva Method Malaysia. In this case, the entire sales commission will be credited to Affiliate B.
Example 2: A visitor clicks on an affiliate link from Affiliate A, and makes a MYR100 purchase.
A week later, the visitor clicks on another affiliate link from Affiliate B, and spends another
MYR100. The first sale will be credited to Affiliate A, while the second sale will be credited to
Affiliate B.

How does refund policy affect my commissions? |
| |
Because of the 3-day refund period for Silva Method Malaysia seminars and/or workshops, if a customer request for a
refund during the refund period, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
