Johnson Mah is a certified Silva Method Instructor, who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, young or old, and in between.

He has a degree in IT from the National University of Malaysia, specialising in Management Science. After graduating, he has worked with various multi-national companies like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft and Logitech.

For 17 years, he dedicated his life to serve in an international non-profit organisation, and possess training experience in Tunisia, Spain, Egypt, India and Singapore.

Johnson Mah truly believes in the power of the mind, and how it has helped him to overcome various challenges and difficulties in life. The Silva Method has struck a chord that is very close to his heart, and he wishes to share this profound set of techniques to as many as he can.
